Когда: 21 февр. 2013, в 07:43, провинция: ON, категория: Вопрос: On January 27th 2013, after an open visit with myself and our son my spouse was found with a package containing marijuana and money in his prison coat pocket. We ended our visit early that day due to him feeling very sick from something he ate from one of their vending machines. As a result I had to wait on the property for approx. one hour for the charity bus to pick us and others who also took the bus up. At no time did prison staff come out to see if I was still on the property to question me as to how he got the package. He later called me to say he was in segregation due to someone slipping it into pocket and that's how they found it in there. Since then I have had no contact with my spouse. I am assuming that they have revoked his telephone and visiting privileges as he never goes this long without calling. My question/concern is that an OPP officer has called and twice left messages on my voicemail wishing to discuss "an incident" that occurred with my spouse (obviously the one I just mentioned), and on the second call she said more directly that she wanted to discuss the package that "I gave him". How far can they push this issue considering there is no proof? I believe she is making an assumption based on it happening alot, so if I call her and refuse to answer any questions can I still be arrested on suspiscion even though its been weeks, or would they have done that already but didnt cause they dont have the proof they need unless I admit to it when I call? Also, do I even have to call her back if I dont plan on answering any questions?Оценка: 0 Голосов: 0На этот вопрос еще нет ни одного ответа, вы можете ответить на этот вопрос первым Вопрос закрыт для дополнительных ответовПоделись вопросом с друзьями: |
